I support and guide individuals on their journey toward full-spectrum health, with a focus on motivating, educating, and empowering those I work with to create balance in mind, body, and spirit.

My path began with a degree in Psychology from the University of British Columbia, followed by my training as a Naturopathic Doctor (ND), which I completed in 2010. I’m licensed by the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC (CCHPBC) and am a member of the British Columbia Naturopathic Doctors (BCND).

After seven years of practice, I felt called to explore deeper layers of healing—particularly the emotional and spiritual dimensions of wellbeing. In 2019, I returned to school and completed a diploma in Transpersonal Therapeutic Counselling through Clearmind International Institute. In addition to being a naturopathic doctor, I am now a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor (RTC) with the Association of Cooperative Counselling Therapists of Canada (ACCT).

My approach weaves together naturopathic medicine and counselling, allowing us to explore the underlying emotional and spiritual roots of physical health challenges. For example, many of us know what changes we “should” make—whether it’s in diet, lifestyle, or habits—but we feel blocked or resistant to making long term, sustainable changes. I help individuals gently uncover and dissolve those resistances, supporting lasting change, freedom from addictions and attachments, and forward momentum in their health goals.

I have a special interest in women’s health (including menstrual issues, pre/peri/post-menopause, fertility, recurrent miscarriage), digestive and weight concerns, hormonal imbalances (thyroid, adrenal, insulin), as well as anxiety, depression, and grief. I also address spiritual and energetic imbalances such as disconnection from one’s life purpose, over-productivity, perfectionism, control, negative-self talk, attachments to food and substance use, screentime/social media, among others.

I feel particularly drawn to support individuals who identify as lightworkers, starseeds, and old souls—those who have incarnated to help shift humanity and Mother Gaia toward a more loving and conscious existence. These beings often feel like they never quite fit in and have experienced especially challenging life paths. It is common for past trauma, self-doubt, and limiting beliefs to be standing in their way of what they feel is their soul’s calling.

I am continuously evolving and deepening my own healing journey—physically, emotionally, and spiritually—while nurturing my connection to Source. I believe life is not about getting it “right,” but about exploration, learning, and personal growth. It’s through this process that we become more loving, compassionate, and kind—first to others, and ultimately, unconditionally loving towards ourself.

If you’re looking for a gentle, grounded presence to support you on your path to wholeness, I would be honoured to walk alongside you. I believe we are all connected, and I strive to treat each person with the same respect, compassion, and care I would hope to receive.

I look forward to meeting you.
